Items returned must be in their original sale condition.
We also cannot refund or exchange gift cards.
RETURNING IN-STORE:
All purchases made in-store can only be returned or exchanged in the Y2K Cambodia store. You are also welcome to return any items purchased online to your preferred Y2K Cambodia store. Make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase with you, including your online order confirmation message if you purchased items online.
RETURNING ONLINE:
If you are unable to head to your preferred Y2K Cambodia store to return your items, please get in touch with our team by inboxing to Y2K Cambodia's Instagram or Facebook page accounts.
